We do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" or "dislike of product." Returns are accepted ONLY if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To be eligible for a return due to damage, you MUST provide a raw, unedited unboxing video of the package.
The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the package before opening.
The damage must be clearly visible in the video.
Without an unboxing video, your claim for a damaged product will strictly not be entertained.
If your return is approved based on the video evidence, we will initiate a refund or send a replacement free of charge.
If you have received a product that does not fit, we are happy to offer an exchange subject to the following conditions:
Time Frame: You must request an exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Unavailable Sizes: If the specific size you require is out of stock, you will be required to select another product of the same price value from our store. We do not issue cash refunds for size unavailability.
