Shipping policy

At Ariva Ethnic, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping & delivery timelines below.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Standard Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after the order is confirmed.

  • Holidays & Weekends: Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or during Government Holidays. If you place an order on a holiday, it will be processed on the next available business day.

  • High Volume: During sale periods or festivals, dispatch may take an additional 1-2 days due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 3 - 5 business days

  • Rest of India: 5 - 7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7+ business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates given by our courier partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

To ensure genuine orders and reduce fraudulent returns, we have a strict COD policy:

  • Advance Payment: For all COD orders, a 10% advance payment is required to confirm your order.

  • Remaining Balance: The remaining 90% of the order value will be collected by the delivery agent in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Order Confirmation: Your order will NOT be dispatched until the 10% advance is received. If the advance is not paid within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.

  • Non-Refundable: This advance payment is non-refundable if you refuse to accept the delivery at your doorstep.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID via Email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this ID to track your package on our courier partner’s website.

6. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address, including the PIN Code and Phone Number, is correct.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because you were unavailable to receive it, we will attempt to re-ship it. However, additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Non-Delivery: If the courier marks the order as "refused" or "unclaimed," we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from any refunds.
